Join us as an HR Services Advisor and support our global clients in navigating HR processes. Act as the main point of contact for HR inquiries throughout the worker life cycle, collaborating closely with the local HR Services Manager and various global teams to ensure smooth onboarding, legal compliance, and effective support for complex HR projects.
How you will make a difference:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries throughout the worker life cycle.- Facilitating successful onboarding for new GEO workers and contributing to the development and maintenance of employment contracts.- Assisting in the delivery of HR processes, including the creation and updating of handbooks, policies, and procedures.- Ensuring legal compliance across all HR operations, particularly in contract management processes.- Offering guidance and recommendations on salary analysis.- Participating in offboarding processes, encompassing voluntary and involuntary exits as well as retirements.- Adhering to local laws while managing employees' personal data.- Identifying process gaps and suggesting/implementing changes to mitigate risks.- Coordinating with associated benefit providers to secure legally compliant benefit packages for workers.- Assisting the HR Services Manager with complex HR projects and issues.- Providing updates on benefit costing to Supply Chain and Line Management.- Collaborating with internal teams, such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Line Management.- Offering support in payroll-related tasks as needed, ensuring payroll compliance.
What will make you stand out:
- + 3 years of relevant HR experience.- Exceptional communication abilities in both the local language (German or French) and English.- Proven experience in Swiss local labor laws and regulations.- Impeccable attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational skills and resilience.- Demonstrated high level of accountability and initiative.- Deadline-driven mindset, with a preference for those familiar with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.- A customer service-oriented approach to all tasks and interactions.
