From Bondex, we're seeking an **Investor Relations Partner** to join a fast-growing and innovative team focused on blockchain and crypto investments. Our client specializes in capital advising and building cutting-edge software solutions for the crypto-native space.

**Zug, Switzerland | USA - Cayman Islands | Remote**

**Key Responsibilities as Investor Relations Partner**:

- Lead communication efforts with existing and prospective Limited Partners (LPs) regarding product offerings and investment strategies.
- Manage and optimize the LP onboarding process, coordinating with third-party providers like fund administrators and KYC services.
- Handle ongoing investor relations, including report distribution, presentations, and event planning.
- Provide data-driven analysis related to LPs and fundraising efforts.
- Maintain relationships with fund managers and fund administrators to ensure smooth communication.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3 to 6+ years of experience in investment, advisory, or investor relations roles.
- Proven ability to fundraise for complex, alternative investment products.
- Strong understanding of crypto-native concepts and ability to communicate them effectively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Quantitative skills to calculate fund metrics such as ROI, MOIC, and DPI.
- Fluency in English.

**Nice to have**:

- Existing network of high-potential investors (HNWI, family offices, institutions).
- Experience using emerging AI tools for research and development.
- Deep understanding of the crypto landscape.
