Our client operates a prestigious luxury five-star hotel in Nigeria and is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Executive Manager. This pivotal role, reporting directly to the General Manager, demands a seasoned hospitality professional ready to manage the hotel's daily operations with finesse and confidence.

- **Banqueting Facilities: Capable of hosting up to 1,500 guests, perfect for grand events and conferences.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the General Manager, ensuring seamless operations.
- Lead the Food & Beverage department with a strong focus on high volume banqueting.
- Oversee the entire hotel's F&B operation, maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Implement effective financial controls and budget management.
- Mentor and manage a large, multicultural team with sensitivity and efficiency.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior hospitality role, ideally within Africa.
- Strong background in Food & Beverage management.
- Current position in a reputable 200+ room five-star property.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills.
- Formal hospitality qualifications with prior international exposure.
- Solid business acumen and a hands-on approach to management.
- Computer literate and adept at using various hotel management systems.
- Stable career history, with notable tenure pre
- and post-COVID.
