Unser engagiertes Financial-Team sucht eine erfahrene, verantwortungsvolle und führungsstarke Persönlichkeit als neu: er Head of Financial Management (80 - 100 %) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung. Ihr Wirkungsbereich:
Sie wirken aktiv bei der Neuausrichtung des Bereichs Financial Management mit.

Bei finanziellen Planungen, der Kapitalsstrukturierung sowie bei diversen Analysen unterstützen Sie den CFO der Gruppe massgeblich.

In der Betreuung, Schulung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des rund 6-köpfigen Teams übernehmen Sie eine Vorbildfunktion, bieten Handlungsspielräume und stehen unterstützend zur Seite.

Das Erstellen der Jahresabschlüsse, die Durchführung von Zwischen
- und Schlussrevisionen sowie die Bearbeitung der Mehrwertsteuer
- und Steuerabrechnungen gehören ebenfalls in Ihr Portfolio

Die Gestaltung, Optimierung und Neuerarbeitung von Prozessen runden Ihr vielfältiges, spannendes und herausforderndes Aufgabenfeld ab.

Beim ZFV stehen wir für Flexibilität wie auch die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie. Dazu stehen auch Home-Office-Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Ihre Stärken:
Langjährigen Erfahrungsschatz im Bereich Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen in Kombination mit einer adäquaten Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzen & Controlling (FH / Master)

Kommunikationsstark in Deutsch wie auch Französisch

Lösungsorienterit und strategisch

Mitgestaltend, Veränderungsbereit und agil im Mindset

IT- Affin und begeistert von digitalen Lösungen
