- For our Rising Talents Graduate Program, we are looking for proactive and enthusiastic graduates with a hands-on mentality, ready to gain critical experiences to build a great career within Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland. As a Graduate Trainee, you take on responsibility right from the start and contribute to the success of Coca-Cola HBC with your own initiative.
- During the approx. 20-month Graduate Program, you will have assignments in different departments within the Supply Chain function and thus gain a wide range of experience. Challenging tasks await you in areas such as for example (assignments and order may vary):

- Logistics
- Production Planning or Procurement
- Plant / Engineering
- In addition, there will be a short cross-departmental assignment in Sales, during which you will further develop your know-how as well as grow your network.

- You are a recent graduate from university (bachelor's or master's degree) or about to graduate in Engineering or Business Administration with specialization in Supply Chain Management / Logistics
- You have up to 1-2 years of work experience (internship, student job, etc.)
- You have very good written and spoken English skills, German and French is a plus
- Solid MS-Office skills, Power BI is a plus
- You have good analytical skills as well as a conceptual and result-oriented way of thinking and acting
- You are eager to learn, have a strong drive to make an impact and to continuously develop yourself
- You are a team player, show initiative and want to contribute to the success of Coca-Cola HBC Schweiz AG
