**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to the project management plan, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Guarantee seamless service delivery in compliance with agreed service levels and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables on time and within budget.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance measures across projects and services.
- Act as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and addressing escalations effectively.
- Identify project and service risks, propose mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in project outcomes and service delivery.
- Report on project and service performance to senior management and clients.

**Required Technical & Professional Expertise**
- 5+ years of experience in senior project management and/or service delivery roles.
- Certified in Hermes project management methodology (Foundation Level or higher).
- Proven expertise in managing complex projects and services in dynamic environments.
- Fluent English and German skills are mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Solid experience in client relationship management and delivering customer satisfaction.
