You'll manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end finance-related projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Support the rollout of new financial systems, automation tools, and reporting solutions
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
  • Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and executive reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, project management, or financial systems implementation
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and budgeting processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively across teams
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP or financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
  • Analytical thinker with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
