Finance Project Manager
to join our growing team In this role, you'll oversee and execute key financial projects, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

As a Finance Project Manager, you'll bridge the gap between finance, operations, and leadership teams—managing budgets, optimizing processes, and driving data-backed decisions. You'll take ownership of end-to-end project planning, from financial analysis and resource allocation to reporting and stakeholder communication. This is a highly collaborative role that requires both analytical precision and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage financial projects from planning to implementation
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams to improve processes and reporting
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure projects meet compliance and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in financial management, project management, or consulting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project, or Jira)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • PMP or related certification is a plus
