**Das erwartet dich**:

- In dieser neu geschaffenen Funktion kannst du einen wichtigen Beitrag für unsere Zielsetzungen zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen beitragen
- Konkret beinhaltet diese wichtige Funktion die thematische Verantwortung für sämtliche CSR-bezogenen Themen als auch die Weiterentwicklung der Corporate Social Responsibility Strategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Unternehmensleitung
- Dazu gehört auch die Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und die aktive Begleitung in der operativen Umsetzung
- Koordination und Mitarbeit bei der internen und externen Kommunikation zu CSR-relevanten Themen
- Selbstredend wirst du in dieser Funktion Projekte führen und begleiten
- In dieser Funktion bist du direkt dem CEO der Gruppe unterstellt, er freut sich auf eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit grossem Wissen und Interesse an Nachhaltigkeitsthemen

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeit mit fundierter Projekterfahrung sind für diese Position eine wichtige Grundvoraussetzung
- Dein Interesse und Begeisterung für Nachhaltigkeitsthemen ist ansteckend, du bist im Auftritt überzeugend, bevorzugst ein schnelllebiges Umfeld und wirst dank deinem lösungsorientierten Dialog und integrierender Art von allen Seiten geschätzt
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, methodisch und hast die Fähigkeit komplexe Fragestellungen auf die jeweilige Zielgruppe knackig und kompakt zu beantworten
- Dein Umfeld kennt und schätzt dich für deine Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten, genauso für deine Flexibilität und proaktives Handeln
- Du denkst strategisch und bist dennoch stark in der Umsetzung und sehr hands-on
- Du beherrschst und schätzt das Rollenspiel der Anforderungen versus Umsetzbarkeit
- Erfahrungen und hohes Verständnis für E-Commerce insbesondere für konzeptionelle Fragestellungen sind von grossem Vorteil
