**Social Media Manager (flexible location)**:

In this role you will manage the voice of ABB Energy Industries via organic and paid campaign social media marketing strategies and will focus on growing new channels as they seem feasible for the business. The role partners across multiple internal teams to execute social media campaign strategy that supports strategic business initiatives. This role is open globally in all ABB Offices and relocation is not needed.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Collaborate within the division and various stakeholders for the development of effective social media strategies to grow the Energy Industries business
- Plan, manage and execute the social media vision to drive the strategic business priorities with the goal to build engagements with industry professionals and customers via social media
- Provide and write channel suitable content independently aligned with media content and overall messaging
- Maintain a deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis, and ownership of data touchpoints.
- Develop and own multiple KPIs for social media strategy to drive results toward our business goals over the short and long term.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign, and present performance reports and strategies to senior management.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest optimization tactics
- Provide thought leadership and guidance for social media best practices such as content publishing guidelines, KPI benchmarks, and channel growth strategies across our business.
- Develop guidance and train colleagues on the usage of social media across the business
- Audit leadership profiles to professionalize social media presence of C suite team, curate content for leadership profiles for high visibility campaigns
- Lead and manage the signature employee advocacy program of the division
- Regularly audit and maintain content on YouTube
**Your background**:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing and Communications
- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy development
- Proven experience in social media management and platform growth for the B2B sector
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading capabilities are mandatory
- A self-starter who can serve as a strong advocate for our business.
- Possess exceptional social media marketing and project management skills.
- Ability to be successful both as an individual contributor and in a team environment and will be able to perform at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Experience in B2B social media marketing, with prove experience in managing LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube channels
- Familiarity with Social Selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
