Arxada is looking for a Manager Digitalization Corporate Administration located in Basel, Switzerland.

As Manager Digitalization Corporate Administration you manage the global digital activities for the Corporate Functions Finance, HR, Legal, et cetera. You guide the business into a cultural embracement of modern technology in order to encourage operational change towards an innovative and progressive process excellence. The main goal is to increase productivity through process automation and customer satisfaction.

Moreover, you are responsible for the sourcing of external vendors required to complement innovation projects and to leverage external expertise to scale. Within your duties of functional overarching guidance, you will develop an innovation roadmap in order to drive advancements in the fields of instrumentation and process automation.

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for the adoption of digital technologies in the Corporate Functions Finance, HR, Legal, et cetera
- Initiate digital initiatives and transformation projects
- Assess and approach potentially emerging technologies and innovative ideas with special focus on creating new value through the smart use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes
- Implement prototypes and PoV / PoC using agile and DevOps methodologies
- Contribute to a comprehensive end-2-end data strategy
- Contribute to knowledge management in close alignment with the Head of Data Management
- Interact with all relevant stakeholders and experts (Senior Business Managers, Managers Corporate Functions, Global Business Process Owners, Digital Delivery Team) in order to transform data into action
- Build an open, agile and innovative culture in Arxada that considers change as an opportunity
- International travel activity up to 20%

Key requirements:

- Expertise in the fields of digitalization and innovation with focus on Corporate Functions Finance, HR, Legal, et cetera
- Innovative and strategic thinking and drive towards change
- Completed studies in business administration, (business) informatics or comparable qualifications with further education in digitalization and innovation
- Management personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to make qualitative decisions and harness global diversity
- Professional written and verbal communication in English including excellent presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate externally and internally at higher levels
- Ability to develop short-term and long-term plans
- Awareness and understanding of external business drivers
- Experience in agile project management including SAFe or similar agile methodologies
- Knowledge of Design thinking methodologies
- Knowledge of the DevOps approach for scalability
