The “International Team for Implantology” (ITI) is a leading scientific non-profit organization (foundation according to Swiss law) in implant dentistry that unites experts and specialists all over the world. As an independent academic association, we provide educational programs, finance research projects, organize congresses and events, both nationally and internationally and work closely together with our industry partners in more than 30 countries. ITI Headquarters in Basel is the international base for project management, product development, marketing, IT, controlling and finance.

**Role Description**:
- Expand both size and engagement of ITI’s audiences across its social media channels globally
- Plan, produce and distribute high quality content optimized for different channels
- Help to increase the overall reach of ITI’s content marketing plan
- Support the organization to carry out digital marketing campaigns
**Main tasks**:
Manage and foster a network of authors and editors for clinical and scientific contents against timelines and quality control
- Create copy and visuals for marketing-driven posts in newsletters, on the website and social media channels
Pro-actively help to set the agenda of the ITI’s content marketing, based on market and customer insights as well as analytics
- Be part of ITI’s editorial team, together with communication and scientific managers
- Be a gatekeeper for agencies and other suppliers supporting the ITI in the execution of its digital marketing strategy
- Track and manage assigned marketing budgets and initiate corrective measures when needed
- From time to time travel to ITI events around the world and report live via social media channels
**Profile**:
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role (for example as digital/social media manager or communications/marketing associate)
- BBA in marketing or equivalent higher education
- Preferably completed training in digital marketing, social media management or content marketing
- English proficiency, any other languages are a strong plus.
- Creative individual with a flair for storytelling
- Natural communicator, able to transfer complex topics into easy-to-understand language and visuals
- Well organized and structured working style
- Able to work under pressure and against tight timelines
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
Enjoys both working with visuals and words/text
