- Support Divestments Implementation across the portfolio and manufacturing network.
- END to end responsibility of operations with support for pre-S&OP and S&OP.

**How you will contribute**:
- Program lead for portfolio of divested products
- Ensuring coordination and alignment across global and local functions/sites on all ongoing lifecycle activities and supply management.
- Represents CMB in related product forum covering the divested products portfolio.
- Product Full Life Cycle Ownership and Project Management Across GMS Functions.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Support multiple divestitures across diverse global regions by leading projects, execution, and transitions that offered creative solutions and met the requirements of the Asset Purchase and Manufacturing Supply Agreements.
- Successfully protect asset value by ensuring no supply continuity interruptions occurred by proactively resolving challenges raised by post-close manufacturing, regulatory, and supply chain alterations.
- Lead the supply bottleneck management in coordination with CMB operational lead and global SC function.

**What you bring to Takeda**:
- Scientific or engineering graduate (BSc, MSc, PhD), preferably complemented by pharmaceutical sciences, project management and supply chain management
- Extensive pharmaceutical industry knowledge (5 - 15 years) preferably with job experience in pharmaceutical operations, supply chain management, Quality, project management and from working in an international environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Additionally, German and or Japanese is desired
- Patient and Customer centric with service-orientation
- Good communicator
- Experienced in negotiating and resolving conflicts/problems.
