Digital Program Manager

Part of the HQ Digital Department and reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you, will be in charge of defining, tracking and reporting the overall roadmap of Piaget's digital projects.

Based in our HQ, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders (Piaget HQ & Market teams, Richemont teams, digital agencies ) to support the digital transformation.

**You will make an impact by**:
Working with departments in Piaget, RIC and agencies on implementation roadmap, scoping, business case, defining ATL/BLT based on Piaget specific client need, ROI and resources
Being the point-of-contact to RIC PMO and Group tech for project coordination
Monitoring the overall performance, driving milestones, progression tracking: select proper project KPIs, set-up actionable digital and client reports, consolidate the performance, present the results and learnings to all the internal stakeholders
Working across multiple HQ and local functions ensuring comprehensive input and review during the digital transformation process. Partnering and building relationship with key internal customers
Managing projects (timeline, milestones, budget, risks ) and their implementation with multiple stakeholders (Piaget HQ & Market teams, Richemont teams, external agencies )
Depending on the needs of the organization and the workload, the Company may ask the Employee to carry out other obligations or tasks provided these remain consistent with his/her skills and qualifications

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:
You possess a PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master or Product Owner certification
You possess at least 5 years' experience in Digital Application Project Management
You are passionate about digital & luxury and are willing to contribute to the client centricity transformation and digital transformation
You are collaborative and able to interact with multiple stakeholders across the organization
You have strong project management skills
You are business & client oriented as well as solutions driven
You are curious & audacious
You are fluent in English and French
