Wir suchen eine erfahrene, souveräne und inspirierende Persönlichkeit als # **Program Manager Transformation Energiewirtschaft (m/W/D)** # **Ihre Aufgaben** Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für ein Transformationsprogramm von nationaler und europäischer Bedeutung und gestalten die langfristige Integration der Schweiz in den europäischen Strommarkt. Sie führen interdisziplinäre Teams, steuern strategische Initiativen und schaffen Orientierung - auch dort, wo noch nicht alle Eckpunkte definiert sind. Mit klarem Fokus, Empathie und Weitblick halten Sie das Programm auf Kurs und vertreten es souverän auf C-Level- und Behördenebene. Ihr Umfeld ist komplex und dynamisch. Sie übersetzen Unsicherheit in Handlung, fördern Kooperation und bauen Brücken zwischen Technik, Politik und Markt. **Ihr Profil** Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung grosser Transformations- oder Strategieprogramme sowie ausgeprägte Kompetenz in Governance, Stakeholdermanagement und Kommunikation auf höchster Ebene. Sie denken analytisch, handeln pragmatisch und bewahren Übersicht, auch wenn sich Rahmenbedingungen verändern. Ihr Führungsstil inspirierend und verbindlich und Sie verfügen idealerweise ein breites Verständnis des Strommarktes bzw des Energiesektors.
