- ecure understanding of risk through unbiased, technical risk assessment of reinsurance contracts in all assigned markets. Give structural advice, provide technical support, and contribute with new ideas. S
- trengthen pricing excellence by continuously enhancing pricing methodology for the lines of business in scope. R
- egularly review pricing adequacy of all assigned portfolios through suitable pricing intelligence standards. Initiate actions to improve pricing adequacy, if necessary. E
- stablish advanced line-of-business-specific pricing apps (if relevant), supplementary to standard corporate pricing tools. E
- nsure that team resources are invested responsibly and effectively. For example renewal pricing efforts must focus on important, large, or complex transactions. E
- stablish a good team spirit. Also work in close collaboration with the relevant chief underwriting officers. C
- ontribute to client meetings with pricing analytics insights and represent SCOR at industry events.

**equired experience & competencies I**
- n-depth reinsurance pricing experience gained in many years of pricing activities at a global reinsurer. Ideally experience in relevant lines of business. S
- trong leadership skills. Both people leadership and cross-functional leadership across key stakeholder groups. Strong managerial capabilities with experience in coaching and development of team members. C
- lear communicator. Ability to take complex methods, analysis and ideas and communicate effectively to a broad variety of stakeholders. B
- rings positive attitude to address challenges. F
- ully qualified actuary in a globally recognized actuarial body. I
- deally exposure of working in multiple geographies. R
