For our client, an international company based in Zurich area, we are looking a reliable, organized and experienced Management Assistant (M/F/d). German and English are mandatory. The company offers a very dynamic environment and great development opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing the Executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most critical and sensitive matters
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling and taking minutes
- Make travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Processing daily expenses
- Organizing events and managing budgets Profile:

- Commercial education or any comparable business studies
- Some years’ experience as an Management Assistant or similar position (work experience with executive management is a plus)
- Fluency in English and German
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office package
- Excellent communication skills
- Service oriented, and confident personality
- Ability to work independently ans in a team
