As a Management Assistant, you will assist and support senior international managers located in Switzerland. If you have well developed organizational skills, ability to work independently and interest working in the international team and environment.

**This position reports to**:
BL Operations Manager, Metals

**Your responsibilities**:

- Management assistant for global senior managers
- Organizing events and meetings (international)
- Travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations, reports, organization charts and correspondence etc.
- Personal calendar management of individuals

**Your background**:

- Previous experience in assistant roles, preferably in an international environment, management assistant experience is a plus
- Fluent in English in verbal and writing, other languages plus
- High sense of ownership and urgency
- High sense of confidentiality
- Proactive working methods, ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in an international virtual environment
- Advanced in MS Office
- Holding continuous improvement mindset
