As part of our business development, we are looking for a **QA Manager** in Geneva, to support our client activities in banking sector. **Responsibilities** - Design test cases to maximize requirement test coverage while optimizing required effort - Prepare test phases in collaboration with the Product/Project team - Run test cases (mainly API tests), manual or automated and analyse results - Log confirmed and clarified bugs then report those to the rest of the Product/Project team - Help in troubleshooting ongoing Product/Project related issues - Provide test exit reports and present testing results - Maintain Product/Project test referential up to date and ensure it is aligned with corresponding documentation - Define test strategy and test plan for the Product/Project - Collaborate with DevOps team to set-up and improve test automation - Ensure that QA Community of Practice frameworks, tools, methodologies, best practices are applied and used consistently throughout teams, while considering adaptations when required - Collaborate in Agile manner with Product team participating actively in all ceremonies - Review functional requirements (FUS) and approve them for testing by leading definition of acceptance criteria - Collaborate with support teams to handover all required knowledge about the new data flows and integration - Provide support to peers and in the ram up of newcomers **Requirements**: - +3 years of experience as QA engineer - Proven ability to perform API testing (manual and automated) - Proven ability to perform end-to-end test - Experience of working in agile environment with remote teams and stakeholders - Prior experience in system integration and data migration projects is strong plus - Development background is a strong plus **Benefits** - Your **personal qualities **will make the difference: rigorous professional ethics, autonomy while having a team spirit, analysis and synthesis skills, listening, creativity, sense of service, sense of customer relations, diplomacy, commitment...At **CROSS**, just as much as your CV and the experience that you will be able to put forward, we will be seduced by your **personality**, the place you give to **human relations** in the workplace and your desire for** involvement** within the company.
