For our new Technology Center in Schaffhausen (Switzerland) we are looking for a

**Global Formulation & Packaging/ Quality Technical Center Director**

Your key responsibilities will include leading the F&P technical organization to ensure excellence in process safety, technology standardization, continuous improvement initiatives and new product launches across F&P's in-house and outsourced manufacturing facilities. You will also be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the quality and contamination prevention strategy across the Global Tech Centre.

**What you do with us**
- You drive process safety - implementing and ensuring adherence with process safety standards
- You drive continuous improvement - executing process improvement opportunities and implementing standard methodologies
- You execute new product implementation - leading transition of new products from R&D technical packages to a commercial scale
- You deliver global quality strategy - developing and implementing critical objectives to achieve a robust quality strategy
- You implement contamination prevention program - delivering contamination prevention policy and procedures consistent with the Crop Life standard to protect our business and customers

**Your qualifications**
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, science or relevant discipline required
- 5-10 years management experience in the chemical manufacturing industries with international experience. Formulations and packaging manufacturing, preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Quality Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or previous Quality Director role
- Quality Manufacturing leadership experience with global responsibility is preferred
- Strong contamination prevention leadership and experience with CropLife preferred
- Strong safety leadership and experience with process safety management
- Experience in developing and leading a cross functional team of technical staff
