**‍‍ As a test manager at IVY Partners**, you will:

- Establish the overall testing strategy, objectives, scope, and approach for multi-product projects.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to set quality goals and allocate appropriate testing resources.
- Manage the testing schedule and resources to ensure efficient and timely testing activities.
- Monitor and evaluate testing progress, ensuring that testing milestones are met and risks are addressed.
- Oversee and manage testing resources, including non-professional testers like developers, when necessary for project(s).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, development teams, and stakeholders, to align testing activities with project objectives and deliverables.
- Communicate testing progress, results, and quality metrics to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies and quality assurance processes.

**About you**

**This position will be a perfect fit for you if**:

- You have relevant experience in test planning, test design, test execution, and defect management.
- You have certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) are required.
- You have in-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
