**Service HUB Manager Americas - EL Service Division**:**

Working with Electrification, you will be delivering Division goals and plans, accountable for assuring operational performance on service execution. You will be conducting improvement on field operations and develop competences to raise the Division’s global competitiveness. You will be managing resources and competences to support execution of the global Division strategy. Preferred location would be in the US.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Implementing the global Division and PG operational strategy in the countries within the area of responsibility. Providing input to Global Division strategy.
- Developing proactive strategies to increase business profits, customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness, and managing resources and competences to support execution of global Division strategy.
- Ensuring achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Focusing on achievement of Revenues, EBITA%, Operating Cash Flow, Project On-Time and On-Cost, Requested On
- Time Delivery, Quality and customer satisfaction NPS.
- Support and collaborate with regional and local Service Sales teams on sales activities, with special focus on support for tendering and quotation and solving commercial issues that may arise during and after the project execution
- Leading the Service units included in the role geographical scope to achieve targets. Leading and managing field engineering, workshops, operation teams and processes. Implementing localization plan. Improving service technology, competence, field engineering tools and capabilities in line with Division strategy.
- Executing Division operational excellence strategy and quality standard. Driving operational excellence across the Service workshops and field engineering teams through target setting, monitoring & benchmarking for innovative processes. Maintaining compliance with quality standards & developing quality management systems for monitoring & improving day to day operations. Driving productivity, delivery performance and cost optimization.
- Executing the sourcing strategy in line with Division strategy and processes. Meeting targets. Managing all local SCM requirements. Providing sourcing strategy and support to all service units.
- Supporting the execution of global R&D projects by providing and developing R&D competences; ensuring project delivery and achieve agreed project targets.
- Delivering operational/project targets (e.g. OTD, lead time, quality, ease of doing business, etc.) to improve net promoter score (NPS).
- Continuing to promote the Safety & Integrity culture consistently across the Marketing and Sales organization. Implementing HSE and business compliance standards and regulations within the units. Ensuring a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement process and integrity performance.
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations/project execution and sharing functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
- Ensuring that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed. Building an effective, capable, and high performing organization. Developing talent, appointing managers, and reviewing effectiveness.
- Leading by example to drive the right behaviors, personally living the ABB values of Courage, Care, Curiosity, Collaboration.
**Your background**:
- Significant experience (15 years) of general management in a similar industry and in an international context
- Deep understanding of Engineer to Order (ETO) and Make to Order (MTO) business models, including system and project solutions
- Demonstrable operations knowledge with experience of footprint management, end to end supply chain, and multiple lines production in one site
- Will have experience of full P&L responsibility
- Ideally knowledge of the Electrification Business Area Divisions’ product portfolio.
- Superior customer management skills
- Commercially savvy including contract risk management in an ETO business
- Superior communication skills in an international environment
- Proven stakeholder management skills both downwards, and upwards to superiors.
