Together with you, we would like to build the new market leader in the european relocation market. With the help of our pricing algorithm (customers can get a quote for their move within less than 3 minutes) and all benfits of a two sided marketplace to save up to 70% compared to a local provider.

Currently we are expanding sharply into new markets in Europe and establishing our new product relock.

Tasks
- You understand marketing as a mix of all available channels that need to be weighted individually to maximize your company's success
- You will lead, empower and mentor our growth team and be a reliable and approachable business partner to other teams that require your marketing expertise
- You develop a deep understanding of our users and potential users to refine ideal user profiles, our value proposition and positioning
- You challenge the status-quo: You continuously look for new opportunities for growth and optimization of the marketing funnel - online and offline
- You drive initiatives to improve our company performance proactively by taking ownership of topics, no matter the complexity while equally understanding that collaboration is key
- You communicate performance reports, initiatives, roadmap and status updates to the leadership team

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 5 years of experience and are passionate about the whole world of marketing: online, offline, performance-driven and brand-based. Being a generalist is a badge of honour for you
- You are a strategic thinker with a high ability to translate strategy into action
- You have studied business administration, economics, or another business-related degree
- You are highly ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset
- You are experienced with data analysis (Google Analytics, Excel).
- You enjoy working independently and having lots of responsibility
- Requirements: You speak German at a native level and English on a good level
