WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
**Responsibilities**:
- Guide machine learning projects from ideation to feasibility
- Manage program goals and roadmaps, and advise on schedules and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Write technical reports, research papers, and documentation to communicate research findings and outcomes to stakeholders

WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- A PhD or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields with strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Experience in working with large datasets and data preprocessing
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to provide technical leadership in a team environment
- Project management experience, preferably in a research environment
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
