Financial Reporting Expert

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

We are looking for a technical expert for Hilti’s end-to-end internal product costing. In this role you are responsible for calculating the strategic product costs for our market organizations across the world and for providing transparency to Senior Management on any trends and developments related to the strategic product costs.

This full-time position is available immediately.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

In this role you will be responsible for calculating and analyzing our strategic product cost (SPC). The role is very detail-oriented, and you will spend around 80% of your time performing complex calculations, handling vast amounts of data, quality assurance, operating and maintaining systems and creating reports. In addition, you will work on enhancing the system and have a fair amount of interaction with colleagues and stakeholders from operational to mid-level management on a daily basis.

**We are newly formed team and provide product costing data for all Hilti Market organizations around the world.**

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

environment, exceptional support, learning and development, and a great team around you. Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business (ideally majoring in Finance and Accounting) and a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and at least 5 years of relevant expertise
- Expertise in finance essentials (P&L, how it impacts steering in the organization, value flows)
- Expertise in designing and building calculation models in database structures, in MS Access and PowerQuery
- Expertise with SAP S/4 standard costing processes (PIRs, mfg cost rates, HK, how these impact each other)
- Knowledge of SAP PAPM universal model
- Fluent in English
