Responsible for offering support to overall implementation & management of the business strategies.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Act as Business Manager for Russian Center and Eastern Europe (RCEE)
- Support the Front Office with all kind of queries requiring Business Management
- Inform RMs of initiatives and track / follow up on progress
- Support Management by handling incoming requests
- Ensure the preparation of internal Meetings (including PowerPoint presentations), and handling of follow up tasks

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Commercial apprenticeship and higher education in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years minimum Bank experience and established knowledge of financial markets
- Experience in an international environment
- Sound knowledge of operational tools, front related systems and processes
- Profound IT knowledge (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Proficient in English and German, any Easter European language or Russian a plus
- Adherence to legal and compliance guidelines, internal rules (Code of Conduct), internal policies as well as industry related external regulations and Cross Border guidelines
- Commitment and loyalty; high level of integrity and acting in accordance with high ethical standards; discrete and trustworthy
- Very good interpersonal skills, open and approachable
- Ability to work independently, well organized
- Strong social competence and representative skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure, in a confident and timely manner
- Service oriented, responsible, flexible, efficient and a team player
- Problem solving oriented, able to organize and prioritize tasks
