**Votre fonction**:
Nous recherchons pour notre client, multinationale, basée à Genève proche aéroport, un ou une Business Controlling Manager.

Rattaché à la direction et accompagné de votre petite équipe, vous êtes en charge de la zone EMEA:

- Élaborer le budget avec les équipes marketing : préparation, analyses et ajustements
- Effectuer les prévisions financières, analyser les écarts, et faire des recommandations pour les années suivantes
- Production de rapports mensuels et trimestriels par client, marque ou toute catégorie jugée nécessaire
- Contrôle et validation des couts
- Réviser la clôture mensuelle avec les équipes
- Superviser votre petite équipe

**Votre profil**:
Nous recherchons une personne:

- Minimum 5/7 ans d'expérience en business controlling et une première expérience en management d'équipe
- Anglais (minimum C1), un Français B1 serait OK
- Aisance informatique : maitrise d'un ERP - Oracle, SAP, JDE...
- Maitrise idéale d'HFM, Power BI
- Connaissance US Gaap un atout
- Salaire à discuter, Home office possible.
