Head of Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSEQ)

In dieser Position hilfst du bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse, beratest die Fachbereiche und betreust diese in der Umsetzung von Qualität und Sicherheitsfragen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben sind:
- Teamleitung von 1 Mitarbeitenden, wo u.a. für HS verantwortlich ist (Sicherheitsbeauftragte)- Beratung und Unterstützung der GL und der Linienvorgesetzten in der Wahrnehmung ihrer Verantwortung bzgl. Qualität, Umweltschutz und Sicherheit und der Erfüllung der Normanforderungen bzgl. ISO 9001, 14001 und 45001- Überprüfung von Prozessen mit Business Process Management, Key Usern und Definition von Verbesserungsvorschlägen- Beratung, Unterstützung und Durchführung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung- Organisation, Durchführung bzw. Begleitung von internen/externen Audits

Was bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitäts
- resp. Prozessmanagement- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, gute Kenntnisse ISO 9001, Kenntnisse von ISO 14001 und ISO 45001 von Vorteil- Methoden und Werkzeuge des Qualitätsmanagements- Erfahrungen in Health & Safety von Vorteil- Status-Quo-Challenger
