After the first years in a small team, we are now ready to launch to the next phase. We need a deeply committed professional for a key role in our organization - new member of the core team.

Tasks
- Responsibility of the structure, quality and further development of the psychological content as well as the Psychologist/Psychotherapist structure on the Aepsy platform.
- Collaborate and grow partnerships with associations, institutions and groups of interest in and around the field of psychology and mental health as a whole.
- Coordinate Community work across the Aepsy Providers (+200 at the time) by defining standards, communicating changes, setting up structures and delegating quality-enhancing processes and initiatives.
- Navigate the high-impact, high-dynamic environment of a fast-paced young organization with evolving priorities, limited resources and high levels of integrity and deep sense of responsibility. Flexibility, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving are essential.
- Empathy, (emotional) intelligence and excellent interpersonal / communication skills to understand the unique and complex needs of clients and providers in the mental health space in Switzerland. Ability to navigate sensitive discussions in the team as well as with stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.

**Requirements**:
What is in your backpack
- Master's degree in Psychology from a University / University of Applied Sciences and a minimum of three years of work experience (best in a start-up environment).
- A proven track record in a leading role in which responsibility, adaptability, integrity were needed and put to work together with your know-how in psychology or psychotherapy.
- A deep understanding of your field of work, a passion for expanding your possibilities, the desire to grow and learn beyond what others are willing to do - all in the service of people that need your support, a greater cause.
- Fluent in English, German, and concepts of the mind and mental health.

With this responsibility comes equity compensation, which plays a key part in the remuneration package next to the cash component. We want you to be part of this journey with all we've got. You can design a hybrid work schedule (remotely if needed with some fixed days in our office in Zurich, Kreis 1). Please note that cash compensation is lower compared to the average high-paying corporate job.
