We in HR understand the needs of our units and take our role as internal service providers seriously. We value speed and treat our internal and external stakeholders at eye level. In your role as Head of People Switzerland, the following tasks await you:

- Strategic and operational management as well as further development of the People Unit Switzerland consisting of eight employees (Recruitment and HR Operations)
- Sparring partner for Leadership Members and Career Coaches when it comes to leadership tasks. As their trusted and communicative counterpart, you are the first point of contact for managers on HR topics and coach them on leadership issues
- Responsibility of all operational HR topics and design of a top-notch employee experience according to the entire employee life cycle - from recruitment to termination
- Ensure the support of about 400 employees in Switzerland at the locations Zurich, Bern and Lausanne
- Optimization and further development of all operational HR processes and instruments
- Design and implementation of change processes based on and in alignment with the business strategy
- Active participation in and management of strategic and global projects, responsibility for their implementation in Switzerland
- Member of the global People Leadership Team and co-creator of the global HR strategy and annual roadmap

**What we're looking for**:

- A higher education in business administration, law or psychology and further education in human resource management
- Several years of managerial experience in HR
- A strong service orientation, sound communication, consulting and negotiation skills, assertiveness
- Team player with drive, self-motivation, humor and enthusiasm for people
- Strong communication skills in German, business fluent in English
