**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the proper management and upkeep of production equipment and facilities.
- Warrant the qualification and preservation of the division, grounds, and equipment.
- Accountable for the communication with all the groups being services and for operations material preparing/priority deliberation with any other functional areas linked to the actions in scope.
- You will conform to all environmental training, processes, regulations, technique cGMP's, permit conditions and notifications internally of any environmental event.
- Responsible for evolving and supervising the operating budget, staffing plan and suggest capital projects for the p-production division.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a science, pharmacy or chemical engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience within a pharmaceutical organisation trouble shooting/manufacturing and technology transfer setting.
- At least 8 years of experience in a leadership position within a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge in various pharmaceutical and/or chemical manufacturing operations areas.
- Certified in Six Sigma / Lean would be ideal for the role.
