The search of a Deputy Head of Quality Assurance Production Microelectronics Medical Devices is one of the company priorities to ensure its development.

Your tasks
- Coordination, communication and implementation of measures regarding problem solving with customers, suppliers and interdisciplinary teams
- Management and monitoring of supplier management in relation to the delivered goods
- Planning of internal and external audits and their implementation
- Management of the audits that our customers carry out with us
- Maintenance and further development of the quality management system for medical devices
- Competence center for questions about standards, validations and specifications
- Train and empower employees on quality
- Deputy Head of Quality Assurance (Member of Management)

who we are looking for
- MSc in Engineering (MSE) or a related discipline
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Customer and solution-oriented, management experience an advantage.

**Salary**: CHF130,000.00 - CHF140,000.00 per year
