**Deine Verantwortung**
- Du übernimmst die Bearbeitung aller Store-Anfragen per E-Mail, Messenger oder Telefon
- Du betreust und aktualisierst fortlaufend den FAQ Bereich für CRM Themen
- Du erstellst die monatlichen Incentive Reports, organisierst Workshops/Schulungen und erstellst CRM e-Learnings
- Du koordinierst den Prozess zu Verbesserungsvorschlägen und stellst das Weiterleiten von Beschwerden aus den Stores an die zuständige Stelle sicher
- Du unterstützt das Team bei spannenden Projekten
- Du bist im regelmässigen Austausch mit den Stores zur frühzeitigen Erkennung von Problemen rund um die Manor Karte
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern

**Dein Profil**
- Du bist aktuell im Studium oder verfügst über Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und MS Teams
- Du bist eine offene sowie teamfähige Persönlichkeit, und bringst erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement mit
- Du verfügst über eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, bist motiviert und flexibel im Umgang mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
- Du behältst durch deine strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick und setzt die Prioritäten richtig
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch, sichere Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch und Englisch sind ein Plus
