**Position Summary**:
As a Communications Manager of Jet Aviation, you will be a key strategic business partner to the EMEA leadership team, responsible for leading and creating strategic storytelling and internal and external communications projects and initiatives for the region. These will be in-line with the global communications strategy, which supports the organization’s vision, business imperatives and priorities. **Your mission**:

- **Shape and Implement EMEA Strategy**: Work as a strategic business partner to regional and global teams, shaping and implementing the internal and external communications strategy aligned with Jet Aviation’s business priorities. Lead messaging around various topics, including EMEA strategy, priorities, and announcements, with both corporate and creative writing assignments.
- **Lead Regional and Global Initiatives**:Collaborate with regional leaders to execute campaigns that support company objectives and foster growth. Work closely with global leadership to manage global communications initiatives that support key company priorities.
- **Drive Strategic Storytelling**: Create exceptional written and creative content for internal and external campaigns, including editorial stories and thought-leadership articles, memorandums, newsletters, posters, presentations.
- **Lead Media and PR Activities**: Build and implement a measurable media strategy and manage media relations and PR activities, write media releases, and enhance our external reputation in the EMEA region, and globally where relevant.
- **Strengthen Communication Channels**:Bring the Jet Aviation brand to life through a range of communications and style, and across a wide range of channels. Develop and implement clear lines of communication within the organization to improve collaboration and information flow.
- **Innovate and Evolve**: Stay ahead of trends in communication and pilot innovative internal content formats.
- **Enhance Employee Engagement**: Work closely with regional site leaders and HR to develop strong internal communication campaigns that keep employees informed, inspired, and connected.
- **Collaborate on Multi-Channel Campaigns**:Partner and contribute to key regional campaigns that foster EMEA and are in service of the global performance including collaborating with marketing and sales teams to create comprehensive and measurable communication campaigns and materials to promote Jet Aviation in EMEA in alignment with marketing and sales priorities.
- **Support Digital Marketing**: Ensure EMEA sites and initiatives are accurately represented on the company website and social media channels as part of both regional and global strategies.
- **Represent the Brand**: Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network.

**Your profile**:

- A university degree in communications or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a communications role, with a strong focus on strategic internal and external campaigns.
- Exceptional writing skills, with expertise in AP writing style.
- Industry knowledge of business aviation and an existing network of regional media contacts.
- First experience in corporate communications including public affairs, media relations, reputation and issues management, change communications and employee engagement.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage cross-functional projects under tight deadlines.
- A creative, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to think outside the box to create constantly evolving, effective communication campaigns
