**Make An Impact**
- The
- Implement regional CRM strategy and connect offline with online customer data to improve customer journey and increase database
- Set up and control CRM campaigns for different segmentations and cross-channel to increase consumer engagement
- Set up customer segments and work on activities to increase customer loyalty
- Drive channel innovation, leveraging personalization, segmentation and A/B test mentality
- Analyse Salesforce Marketing Cloud data and measure activities to develop improvements to increase ROI, improve defined KPIs and customer journey
- Set up reports with KPIs to share with all relevant teams including learnings about best practices, lead acquisition tactics, consumer behaviour and customer journey
- Work in close collaboration with all kind of end consumer communication touchpoints (Social, customer care, performance marketing, content teams, etc) to implement strong omnichannel plans
- Mentor, guide, direct and manage direct reports to execute and run CRM strategy with excellence
**Who you are**
- 5 years of experience in similar role (CRM marketing)
- Experience with CRM database tools required; Salesforce & CDP tools experience is a strong advantage
- Experience in international, cross-functional and multicultural environments of consumer/lifestyle products with a strong sales affinity
- Excellent relationship skills
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- English (fluent); any additional European language is an advantage
- Resilient, proactive, persuasive and determined
- Knowledge in leveraging customer data, technology, and marketing strategy for campaign planning and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret consumer trends and research and implement relevant and actionable CRM marketing programs.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent Excel skills
- Good analytical thinking is required
- Collaborative, positive, “service-oriented” attitude
- Resilient, proactive, persuasive and determined
- Excellent time management skills and sensitivity to deadlines; Experience in agile working is a strong advantage
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
