**Your responsibilities**:

- Has an understanding how to leverage consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing journey through multiple communication channels.
- Has a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.
- Consults and supports the business's day-to-day customer relations work, their refinement, segmentation, personalization, and integration of product recommendation platforms. - Manages and coordinates with external partners and vendors.
- plays an active role in the continuous and consistent testing, learning, and optimization in order to maximize consumers' lifetime value.
- Structures CRM activities with a view of maximizing KPI improvement, ROI, and business impact.
- Plays a leading role in decisions on the CRM platform, structures, and architecture in order to guarantee that consumer relations are carried out seamlessly across the business.

**Your profile**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Previous experience with Salesforce
- Experience in the operation and development of a CRM system
- Experience in Marketing (-Automation) and implementation of automation-journeys
- Good project management skills
- Agile and independent work
- Analytical mindset
- Process-focused and able to handle multiple responsibilities and deliverables
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good understanding of overall business relationships and experience in dealing with complex data structures
- Open personality with a high degree of initiative, creativity, teamwork and a customer-centric thinking.
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English; ideally knowledge of German and French
