- Based in Baar, Switzerland, you build strong working relationships with the brand’s home base in the UK, focusing on getting an in-depth understanding of the origin and DNA of the brand.
- You support the Global Brand Manager in developing and cultivating the global visual identity of our brands. Think about brand look & feel, including packaging designs. You also take the lead in maintaining the brand books and making sure that all internal stakeholders are able to make full use of these tools.
- You develop the brand assets, such as POS material or blueprints for e-commerce brand stores, and support the development of new products or optimization of existing products.
- After getting fully acquainted with our internal model for growth, you support and/or lead projects that optimize the execution of this model, including in-store guidelines, (digital) media-usage, international expansion efforts etcetera.
- Setting up regular sessions with the different focus-markets and working close with the local teams, you stimulate a passion for the brands, resulting in strong launch plans for new markets and succesful activation strategies in exisiting markets. As mentioned, your role also includes the creation of the tools and toolboxes for this objective.

Profil
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
- A relevant academic background in the form a Master’s degree in a business-focused field. Any additions in marketing are considered a plus.
- A first experience in a similar role, giving you the confidence and skills to quickly integrate in the team and take up autonomous responsibilities. Ideally, you have spent about 3 years in building up relevant knowledge in marketing, brand management, category management,
- You have a personal affinity with healthy snacking, allowing you to bring passion and commitment for the products to the table. This passion is strengthened by your skills in bringing ideas to life and ability to build trust and confidence within your stakeholders.
- You combine a hands-on attitude with a curiousity to learn with the talent to think strategically and driving results on both short and long-term.
- You feel at ease in a multicultural and quickly changing environment, where you are able to collaborate and communicate on all levels. Fluency in English is a must.
