We are seeking a _Global Product Marketing Manager - Mom & Baby Care _to join our team.

How you'll make an impact- Manage global product families with high complexity and strategic impact.- Lead product marketing activities across the full lifecycle - from roadmap development and long-term product planning to ongoing optimization.- Leverage market, competitive, and customer data to shape product development and strengthen value propositions.- Define positioning, value proposition, features, claims and business plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand and market needs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive clarity on product requirements, timelines, and value delivery.- Track product performance across regions, collaborating with regional teams to refine strategies and maximize impact- Oversee budget planning and execution for assigned products and provide regular business updates to management and regional stakeholders.

What you bring along- Degree in a business-related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Marketing or Brand Management, preferably in a global role; regional or local experience with product development exposure is valued.- Familiarity with FMCG industries and/or healthcare and understanding of regulated, global environments.- Experience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations.- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); German and other languages are considered an asset.- Skilled in MS Office, with strong analytical, project management, and presentation capabilities.- Comfortable working in culturally diverse and international environments
