The International Beauty Group is a leading supplier of cosmetics and beauty products and is known for the quality and innovation of its brands. To further develop our brand positioning and ensure our success in the cosmetics and beauty sector, we are looking for an experienced Brand & Category Manager.
Aufgaben
The Brand & Category Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of International Beauty Group's brand and category strategy in Cosmetics/Beauty. He/she works closely with the marketing and sales team and contributes to maximize the performance and success of own brands as well as new brands to be created.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Develop brand and category strategies for own brands and new brands being created to strengthen brand positioning and identity and increase brand loyalty.
Responsibility for new product development and product lifecycle management
Responsibility for developing marketing and sales strategies to increase brand visibility and improve sales performance
Analyze market research data to understand customer needs and adjust brand strategy accordingly
Responsibility for budget and financial management for the brands and categories
Work with external suppliers to ensure brands and categories meet the highest quality standards
Qualifikation
- A degree in marketing, business or a related field of study
- Several years of professional experience in brand or category management, preferably in the cosmetics/beauty sector
- Excellent analytical and strategy development skills
- Strong understanding of market research and customer needs
- Experience in budget and financial management
- Good communication and team leadership skills
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
