As the International Beauty Group we are seeking a motivated and creative individual who is a native German speaker and strong in English to join our team as a full-time Social Media, Influencer & Ecommerce Intern at International Beauty Group. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with our social media strategy, influencer outreach, ecommerce operations, and product information management (PIM) with online store/platform management, as well as some fulfillment help and support ticket/call management. The internship is for a period of 12 months.

Aufgaben

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the planning and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform social media strategy
- Assist with ecommerce operations, including product uploads, inventory management, order fulfillment, and platform/store management
- Work with PIM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across all channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Work with Meta Ad Manager and TikTok Ad Manager to create, manage and optimize ad campaigns.
- Provide general support to the marketing team as needed
- Assist with fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders
- Help manage support tickets and calls, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifikation

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing, business, or related degree program
- Native German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, ecommerce operations, PIM software, and online store/platform management
- Working knowledge of Meta Ad Manager and TikTok Ad Manager.
- Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
