Aufgaben

**Aufgabenbereich**:

- Unterstützung der Online Operations Manager bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Einpflegen der Artikeldaten für neue Beauty Produkte
- Erstellung von Produkt-Beschreibungen und Produkt-Bildern im Photoshop
- Optimierung und Pflege der bestehenden Artikel im Online-Shop
- Überwachung und Pflege der Datenqualität
- Selbstständige Erledigung von wiederkehrenden Routinearbeiten
- Direkter Kontakt mit unserem Logistikzentrum & Kundendienst
- Schnittstelle zwischen Kundendienst & Lieferant bei Produktspezifischen Anfragen
- Selbständige Leitung von kleinen Projekten
- Betreuung von kleineren Lieferanten sowie Kundenanfragen

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Handelschule
- Freue am Kundenkontakt
- Erfahrung und/oder Freude an der Kosmetik & Beauty Branche
- Umgang mit Office-Programmen und Photoshop
- Deutsch & Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sichere Anwendung der MS Office Programme oder Mac
- Erfahrung mit SAP & Akeneo von Vorteil
- Exakte & Teamfähige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Social Media InstagraM/Facebook
