PrivaSphere Secure Messaging ist die innovative Schweizer Plattform für sichere E-Mail
- und Online-Anwendungen. Um unsere Dienstleistungen und Technologie weiter auszubauen, suchen wir einen dynamischen Technical Supporter / Client Project Manager (w/m)

Aufgaben
- Unterstützung des Account Managers bei der Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten
- Beratung von Kunden und technischen Partnern bei der Implementierung und Konfiguration von PrivaSphere Secure Messaging
- Mithilfe beim technischen Support für unsere Kunden
- Wahrung der Kundeninteressen im internen Entwicklungsprozess
- Unterstützung der Vertriebsorganisation bei der technischen Beratung und Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten
- Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit den Kunden (Benutzerverwaltung, Rechnungsstellung etc.)
- Dokumentation von Kunden und Projekten sowie Produkten und Dienstleistungen
- Interner Support (Technik und Betrieb)

Qualifikation
- Teamfähigkeit -Sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit Betriebssystemen und Programmen
- MS Outlook (Anwendung und Konfigurationen)

sowie gute Kenntnisse Word, Excel, Windows, Skype, MS Teams, Teamviewer etc.
- Installation von Anwendungen
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Internettechnologien und -anwendungen
- Gute Beziehungen zu Kunden und Partnern
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch (Kommunikation in Französisch und/oder Italienisch als zusätzlicher Vorteil)
- Potential zur konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung der Produkte vorhanden
- Selbstständige einsatzfreudige Persönlichkeit, die in ein wachstumsorientiertes Umfeld passt, motiviert zu Höchstleistungen, insbesondere im Bereich der IT-Sicherheit
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Bereit, sich langfristig in der Region Zürich niederzulassen
- Fasziniert von der Digitalisierung von rechtsverbindlichen Prozessen mit hohem Datenschutzniveau
