**Your role**

We're looking for [Role Name] to:

- Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We
- are looking for someone to strengthen our established and experienced
- Central Europe High Net Worth Desk in Zurich (if you wish to return after a
- career break, you are very welcome as well).

**Your team**
- You'll be working in one of our Central European eVolution teams and will
- provide efficient support to our Relationship Managers and Investment
- Advisors, while being a part of the Client Service Team HNWI Central Europe.
- We work closely with various departments within Wealth
- Management to ensure the best service for our clients. Providing an excellent
- and outstanding client experience is our main goal.
- You'll:
- process and monitor orders (stock exchange, subscriptions, payments) as well

as daily cash management- be responsible for all administrative concerns such as account openings,

maintenance and account closings- deal with client requests in direct client contact
- assist in preparing investment proposals and providing Investment Advisors with product and market related information
- prepare client meetings and business trips
- attend client meetings together with the Investment Advisor and Relationship Manager

**Your expertise**
- You have:
- a strong passion for the Central European market
- banking experience, ideally work experience in a similar function and/or

successfully completed a banking apprenticeship- profound knowledge of UBS internal tools (CAWB, CBD, Subitop, DocConsolidator)
- basic knowledge of the financial market and corresponding products
- a proper risk behavior with an understanding of the challenging regulatory

environment- excellent organizational and communication skills

You are:
- interested to take your career to the next level or looking for a come-back

opportunity after a career break- fluent in English (oral and written), knowledge of any Central European

language is a plus ((Polish, Czech/Slovak, Romanian, Hungarian or Serbian/Croatian)- a reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility
