In dieser technisch anspruchsvollen und kundenorientierten Position sind Sie als führungserfahrene Persönlichkeit für die personelle und fachliche Leitung unserer Professional Services Abteilung und deren Zielsetzungen verantwortlich. Der Fokus liegt dabei in der Erfüllung der Kunden-Serviceverträge (SLA) sowie der technischen Umsetzung von IT-Cloud
- und Managed Services-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Consulting sowie deren anschl. Kundenbetreuung im virtuellen Teamansatz mit der Verkaufsabteilung. Diese Position ist direkt dem Geschäftsführer unterstellt.

Ihre Aufgaben
Führen eines wachsenden Teams sowie Verantwortlichkeit der Zielerreichung der Professional Services Abteilung.

Verantwortung von IT-Projekten im KMU Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Infrastruktur-, Cloud
- und Managed-Services Themen.

Zusammen mit dem Team stellen Sie die Erbringung und Betreuung der vielfältigen Dienstleistungen rund um den Betrieb sicher.

Mit Ihrer langjährigen technischen Expertise und Know-how beraten Sie unsere Kunden und agieren als Coach für Ihre Abteilung und Mitarbeiter.

Administrative Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit Installationen, Ausbildung, Führung und Supporttätigkeiten sind Bestandteil der Funktion.

Unsere Anforderungen:
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung z.B. im Bereich Informatik oder sind passionierter Quereinsteiger mit entsprechender langjähriger Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung.

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit ausgewiesener Affinität für Technologien in der virtuellen Welt, insbesondere Microsoft, Citrix und VMware, bevorzugt mit jeweilig aktuellen Zertifizierungen.

Fundierte Protokoll
- und Netzwerkkenntnisse (TCP IP, DHCP, DNS), Erfahrungen mit Virtualisierung sowie dem Aufbau und Betrieb von Cloud-/OnPrem-Infrastrukturen.

Mit Empathie setzen Sie ihre guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (in Deutsch und Englisch) im Team und bei Kunden ein.
