Description du poste **Votre mission**: Pour renforcer l’équipe Synechron Suisse, nous cherchons un/une **Chef de Projet au sein de l'équipe Infrastructure, Cloud & Integration. **Notre mission est pour l’un de nos clients, une **banque privée genevoise.** **Vos responsabilités**: - Vous gérerez et coordonnerez les **projets techniques au sein du département des services de plateforme orientée vers le cloud;**: - ** Vous assurerez la gestion des projets d'évolution **et/ou de transformation technique, en collaboration avec les architectes, les ingénieurs, les équipes des départements et le management; - ** Vous préparerez, gérerez et animerez** les séances de comités de projets; - ** Vous assurerez **la coordination des activités, ressources et le reporting du projet; - ** Vous respectez des objectifs définis**, scope, délivrables, budget et délais du projet, tout en gérant les risques. **Qualifications**: **Votre profil et compétences**: - Vous possédez une formation **en ingénierie informatique (EPFL/HEG);**: - Vous avez d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, de communication et de motivation de l'équipe de projet ; - Vous êtes très **positif/ve et constructif/ve, dynamique;**: - Vous justifiez d'une** très bonne expérience de gestion de projets techniques, méthodologies et outils de gestion de projet;**: - Vous avez une connaissance de **l'outil Atlassian, JIRA est un plus**: - Vous bénéficiez **d'une compréhension technique globale du monde de l'informatique;**: - Vous parlez **français et anglais;**: - Vous résidez** en Suisse.** Informations supplémentaires **Nous vous offrons**: - Jusqu'à **5 jours de formation par an;**: - Financement des certifications sur demande (après validation par votre manager); - Un **accès gratuit et illimité à notre plateforme mondiale de E-learning** -> 16 000 modules disponibles; - Une li**cence annuelle pour accéder à la plateforme de formation banque/finance** afin d'améliorer vos connaissances dans différents métiers bancaires de votre choix; - Chaque consultant/e bénéficie d'un soutien mensuel** pour financer ses lunchs**: - ** Une team, une ambiance et des événements au top
