Are you a dynamic professional with a knack for optimizing supply and demand processes? Join our team as a CPE S&OP Manager, where you'll lead cutting-edge S&OP and supply planning initiatives. With your strong influencing skills and deep understanding of complex business flows, you'll manage our CPE segment's supply planning, ensuring optimal stock levels and seamless coordination across business units. If you're ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate fluently in both German and English, we want to hear from you

**Tasks**:

- Develop and manage a state-of-the-art Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Planning process
- Optimize planning tools for both S&OP and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE)
- Manage the S&OP process for the CPE segment
- Coordinate and administer planning meetings with all involved business units
- Coordinate demand and supply with S&OE management
- Manage optimal stock levels
- Monitor the KPI scorecard

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience
- Ability to work in a complex and fast-moving work environment
- Proactive and self-managed work discipline
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand complex business flows
- Sound understanding of data processing
- Fluent German and English language skills, both verbal and written
