**Internship Digital Marketing 12 months (60%-100%) all Genders**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing the digital agenda for all Bayer Consumer Health Switzerland brands.
- Manage projects to update website content, including minor content updates, for all relevant Bayer Consumer Health Switzerland websites.
- Monitor and improve SEO KPIs.
- Assist Brand Managers in localizing existing global brand content into locally relevant content for online advertising materials and e-content toolkits (adaptation of content and design assets to local market requirements, provision of assets in certain formats).
- Support in managing campaigns (SEA, Programmatic, Social Advertising, etc.).
- Create reports and data analyses of website and campaign KPIs using various dashboard solutions such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
- Monitor digital trends and handle other ad hoc tasks.
- Participate in the creation and implementation of a newsletter

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Student or Bachelor in Business Administration is highly desirable
- Eager to learn, well-organized, independent worker with quick understanding
- Enthusiasm and interest in digital communication and innovation
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing; some experience is desirable
- Basic know-how in project management, preferably in the digital area
- Solution-oriented and analytical thinker
- Excellent organizational and people management skills
- Conceptual thinker and good communicator
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written) #LI-CH
