Join our Global Marketing Team and play a key role in shaping product innovations, trade activations, diving deep into market trends and supporting your colleagues. You’ll handle your own small project and collaborate with internal and external teams to make a real impact.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:

- **Innovating**:Brainstorm and contribute to new product, gifting or activation ideas.
- **Researching**:Dive into market research, competitive analyses, and stay on top of the latest trends.
- **Collaborating**:Work with creative teams to develop packaging artworks and manage the project lifecycle.
- **Tracking Success**:Monitor product launches and track collection performance.
- **Strategizing**:Lead a real business project, pitch your ideas, and see your concepts come to life.

**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:

- **Education**: Student or graduate in marketing, business, or similar.
- **Skills**: Good knowledge of MS Office. SAP knowledge is a plus.
- **Languages**: Fluent in English.
- **Attributes**: High commitment, proactivity, structured and autonomous work style, problem-solving skills, team player, open-minded, and communicative.

**How YOU will be set up for success**:
**First 30 days**:In your first week you will have get-to-know meetings with your direct team members and manager while conducting HR, IT and Finance onboarding sessions. During your next few weeks, you will then meet your internship community, wider colleagues, and stakeholders.

**Within 60 days**:Now it’s time that you start working on your internship project that has been assigned and selected with you. You also start supporting the team on first tasks.

**_90 days_**_: This is the time when you start making a real impact and take ownership of smaller projects and tasks while strengthening your knowledge in a global work environment. Keep on mastering your skills_
