As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of developing and commercializing medicines that help save and improve patients’ lives. You will support the Senior Marketing Manager and the Product team in both strategic and operational marketing initiatives for assigned products.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Product Team Lead and Product Team in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for the assigned product portfolio
- Support the translation of brand and launch plans into actionable tactics through comprehensive campaigns across various channels (1:1, face-to-face, and digital)
- Gain insights into the external environment, including healthcare systems, policies, and reforms, to anticipate trends and understand the market landscape
- Help define the marketing mix and activities in alignment with brand strategy, contributing to a modular content strategy
- Identify and propose innovative marketing opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support the implementation of value solutions for selected Key Accounts in partnership with the customer engagement team
- Assist in ensuring legal, medical, and regulatory approvals of marketing materials in accordance with established guidelines
- Contribute to enhancing marketing capabilities across the organization by supporting the marketing chapter
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure customer-centric innovation and engagement

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (Year 2 or 3) or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Sciences with a strong interest in Business
- Demonstrates self-awareness and a proactive approach to feedback and learning
- Embraces a mindset characterized by empowerment, accountability, and creative thinking within a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with internal and external regulations and guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Prior pharma experience is beneficial
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written; French is a plus
