Your Role Overall responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following: Building the paid promotions and sponsored digital strategy for Zurich by working with a third party supplier to ensure we’re getting optimal value from our PPC/SEM activity. Managing full funnel paid digital media campaigns. Responsibility for media strategy, development, implementation and optimisation across multiple media channels. Channels include but not limited to: display, video, podcast & content partnerships. Working with third party suppliers as well as internal teams. Heavy involvement in every aspect of creative development for all paid campaign assets to ensure they are of the highest standard and optimal for campaign effectiveness. Achieve maximum traffic and conversion rates for all sponsored activities. Track, report and analyse performance for non-organic off-site activity using relevant tools Post campaign reporting to internal audience via KPI reports and revise & refine where necessary Ensure all digital output is accurate and adheres to company policies, regulatory and legal requirements On-site strategy, implementation, testing and optimisation of campaign website landing experience for optimal performance against KPIs. Responsible for up-keep and enhancement of Zurich’s Mobile App offering, working with internal and external teams. Working on updates to Zurich’s public facing website, both day-to-day and larger projects together with the digital solutions unit team and third party suppliers. Providing digital marketing support to business areas to educate and provide tools and assets for digital performance. Your Skills and Experience Skills and Experience: Degree in marketing or relevant digital marketing qualification 4 years + experience working in a financial services environment in a digital marketing capacity Proven experience with Google Adwords and Google Analytics Google Certification is desirable Competencies Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Information Primary work location is Blackrock. Position is Dublin-based.
